Collaborative, insightful and first rate at evolving user experience and design creative while retaining the core essence of the brand. I worked with Ingo through a complete redesign and shift from open content design to a registration funnel design to increase members acquisition — the early stages of which he inherited. He very quickly and diplomatically evolved the project, steering it in the right direction with acumen and a ton of patience. Ingo is an outstanding creative director. He does an excellent job of managing the art group and providing them with art direction. His designs are clean and well thought out, resulting in a very usable end product.
